Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join our successful Client.

Responsibilities: 

  • • Assisting solicitors and conveyancers in managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish. 
  • • Conducting property searches, gathering relevant documentation, and ensuring all necessary legal paperwork is complete. 
  • • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. 
  • • Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. 
  • • Assisting with the completion of property registrations and Land Registry filings. 
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and client communications. 
  • • Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed.

Experience Required:

  • • Previous experience working in a conveyancing or legal environment is essential. 
  • • Solid understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
  • • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  • • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for legal and administrative tasks.
  • • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. 

This is a diverse and fast paced role suited to a recent graduate or someone with a year’s experience looking to progress.

 

Salary £22-28k
