We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join our successful Client.
Responsibilities:
- • Assisting solicitors and conveyancers in managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
- • Conducting property searches, gathering relevant documentation, and ensuring all necessary legal paperwork is complete.
- • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- • Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- • Assisting with the completion of property registrations and Land Registry filings.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and client communications.
- • Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed.
Experience Required:
- • Previous experience working in a conveyancing or legal environment is essential.
- • Solid understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
- • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for legal and administrative tasks.
- • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
This is a diverse and fast paced role suited to a recent graduate or someone with a year’s experience looking to progress.
