Duties will Include:
• Reception duties – meeting and greeting clients
• Handing incoming calls and transferring when required
• Ordering stationary and office supplies
• Typing and formatting documents and files
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Ensuring the office and reception area is maintained to a high, clean standard
• General ad hoc administration duties
