As we are all carefully watching the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, I want to reassure you that Spec Recruitment is actively taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our wonderful clients, candidates and staff.
While we do not anticipate significant disruptions to our services, we are taking a number of precautions, following the recommendations of the UK Government and World Health Organisation (WHO). These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Working from home to ensure social distancing
- Changing all face-to-face candidate registrations to remote video calls
- Encouraging clients to conduct video/telephone interviews
Spec Recruitment is open, and business is running as normal, with our consultants set up to work safely from home from Monday 23rd March 2020 onward.
We understand that the rapidly evolving situation is causing uncertainty and we are encouraging all staff, clients and candidates to put their health and wellbeing first.
